Each week, members will be sent an email from GolfGenius inviting them to participate in the next week's game. Simply click "attending" or "not attending" in the email to confirm whether or not you plan to play. If you delete this email, please email the Tuesday or Saturday Captain. 
Each Day of Play - General Information

Check-in with the team captain when you arrive at the course. Team Captains will make the pairings and collect the Day's Play fee (typically $3-4). Pay green fees in the Pro Shop and check-in with the starter. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your tee time. If you need to cancel your tee time, please email or text the Tuesday or Saturday Captain. If you need to cancel your tee time on the day of play you must call the Pro Shop (503-289-1818) at least one hour prior to start.

SCORECARDS - Players trade scorecards with the members in their group. After play, check and attest your hole by hole scores and then leave your card with the day’s Captain. Scores will be posted by the day’s Captain for handi- capping.

RINGER (ECC) TOURNAMENT

During the season the lowest score on each hole will be logged in through Golf Genius. At the end of the season, awards are distributed. This tournament is flighted based on handicap.
